Dear Charleston Stage Friend and Patron,

Lowcountry Giving Day is here again, and we are asking you to contribute to making this the best one yet.

Last year, over $6.7 million was raised for nonprofits all over the Lowcountry. Charleston Stage raised over $20,000 in actual donations from our friends and patrons. We ask that you contribute to us once again.

And here are a few reasons why.
 
*  Charleston Stage produced over 100 performances with an audience of over 50,000 people from all 50 states and 10 foreign countries.

*  Charleston Stage held 42 special 70-minute school day performances for over 16,000 students from school groups from 11 counties all over South Carolina.

*  Charleston Stage had over 480 students participate in our TheatreSchool, including: after school classes, our SummerStage Musical Theatre camps, our highly-competitive Troupe acting program and our completely free TheatreWings High School Apprentice Program where students learn along side professionals in master classes for acting, stage managing, sound and other technical arts disciplines.

*  And Charleston Stage conducted 21 workshops in 13 schools as part of our OutReach programs and in conjunction with the Charleston County Schools' Engaging Creative Minds Program using art to teach curriculum like Science and Math.
