Let us assist you in making your ticket reservations. Cash, checks, and all major credit cards are accepted when purchasing in person.

Single Ticket Pricing

All Charleston Stage productions are performed at the Historic Dock Street Theatre.

$10 College Student Rush Tickets

$10 College Student Rush tickets may only be purchased by college students (25-years-old and younger) one hour before every Mainstage performance at the Historic Dock Street Theatre. Must present valid student I.D.

Group Sales

We cannot hold tickets without payment. All tickets must be paid at time of reservation.

Exchange/Refund Policy

For Public Sales

• All sales are final.
• There are no refunds/exchanges for public sales

For Season Members

Season Members may exchange their season tickets for tickets to an alternate performance. These exchanges are an EXCLUSIVE privilege extended to Season Members ONLY. The following guidelines apply:

• Members must exchange tickets at least 24 hours BEFORE the performance date of their original ticket.
• Ticket exchanges may only be exchanged for the same production.
• Season Members receive FREE exchanges for all 2011-12 Productions.

Promotions/Coupons

To apply a coupon towards a ticket order, you must have a valid Charleston Stage coupon. All coupons must be presented in person in order to receive any discount. Limit 1 coupon per person per order. Coupons only redeemable in person at the Box Office.

Will Call

For orders purchased via web or phone, all tickets are held at Will Call and are available for pickup one hour before each scheduled performance at the Historic Dock Street Theatre, 135 Church Street (downtown).

Special Note: A valid form of I.D. must be presented at Will Call when picking up tickets.

Accessibility

For special seating needs, call 843.577.7183 and our box office staff will be happy to assist you with your reservations. All 2011-12 performances will be held at the Historic Dock Street Theatre. There are now two elevators that travel from the Orchestra Level (street level) to the Balcony Level. There is an elevator located in the Box Office lobby and a wheel chair accessible elevator located in the back of the Orchestra Level seating.

Admission Policy

• No refunds. Exchanges are subject to a ticketing exchange fee.
• One admission per ticket.
• No cameras or recording devices.
• Babes in arms are not permitted in the theatre.
• Children under 3-years-old are not permitted in the theatre.
• Food or drink are not allowed in the theatre.
• Not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
• Please turn off all cell phones.
• Performances, dates and times are subject to change.
• Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of management.
• Management reserves the right to refuse admission for cause.
